Argento's evolved technology
New Connector Technology
For XLR and banana cables, the conductors themselves act as contacts, providing absolute continuity and eliminating the need for cold-worked metals. RCA connectors now feature thin, soft annealed silver components with improved contact pressure and durability. All connector dielectric is now PEEK polymer.
Cable Design Improvements
The cables combine core Argento methods with new conductor shapes, high purity silver, and Vibration Damping Material (VDM). Interconnects and digital cables incorporate carbon fiber absorptive shielding.
Further Optimizations
These include new higher purity silver conductors, carbon fiber absorptive shielding in all analog and digital interconnects, separate conductors for each polarity in speaker and power cables (consistent with Extreme Edition), and zero iron content in all parts (using Zirconia or Titanium screws, and zirconia ceramic external housings).
Power Cable Enhancements
Power cables feature fully custom-made power connectors with cryo-treated high purity silver contacts, and pure silver conductors for live and neutral. Manufacturing Process: All cables undergo dual-cycle Cryo treatment.
